Refund / Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your confirmation email or the original packing slip.

How to Start a Return To begin the process, please reach out to us at mex.imports20@gmail.com. Please be aware that all returns must be shipped to the following address: 15149 Garfield Avenue, Paramount California, 90723. 

Shipping Labels and Costs If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for specific situations, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues We encourage you to inspect your package upon arrival. If you find the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it for you.

Exchanges To receive a replacement item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original product. Once we have received and inspected it, we will process and ship your desired exchange.

Refunds Once your return has been received and checked, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If authorized, the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that financial institutions may require additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.
